Product introduction:
1. Set the bearing inner cover (red part) to the corresponding gear of the rotating shaft through automatic manipulator and other equipment, and apply glue on the assembly surface;
2. Grab the bearing and put it on the heating instrument for heating. After heating is completed, grab the bearing sleeve to the corresponding gear of the rotor shaft to ensure that the sleeve is in place. Use manipulator and other mechanisms to apply axial force to the inner ring of the bearing, and then cool the bearing. Ensure that the bearing will not leave the shaft shoulder during the cooling process of the bearing.
3. The manipulator grabs the bearing seat (brown part) and sets it on the bearing; The robot uses an automatic grease injection machine to inject grease into the bearing gap;
4. The manipulator grabs the outer cover (green part);
5. The robot penetrates the bolt into the mounting hole and tightens it;
